Tony brings a wealth of experience to Phoenix having worked in a range of roles managing client relationships, running collective investment scheme operations and regulatory risk management at Insight Investment, JP Morgan, Halifax Bank of Scotland and the Pearl Group.

Clint has more than 24 years of financial accounting experience within the investment industry.
He joined Phoenix in 1999 having worked at GT Management for 14 years. At GT Clint was responsible for GT's 'stable’ of Unit Trusts and Investment Trusts. Prior to that he worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland and Henderson Administration.
Clint managed the Investment Trust team since Phoenix’s inception. As of 2011 he is responsible for the conversion or launch of all new business to Phoenix.
Clint is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Rob has 17 years of Fund Accounting experience in the financial services sector, including over 10 years in management roles. He has extensive knowledge of accounting for unit trusts, OEICs and SICAVs. He held senior positions at the Bank of New York and BNP Paribas. Most recently Rob was the Head of Fund Accounting at Societe Generale Asset Management and GLG Partners.
Rob joined Phoenix in 2011and in this new senior role will head up both the UK Open Ended Fund and the Investment Trust Fund Accounting Teams.

Martin has 28 years of investment management operations experience. He joined Phoenix from Arbuthnot Latham Private Bankers, having spent 9 years running their banking and investment operations. Prior to that he gained significant experience at two stockbrokers; Northcote and Gerrard Vivian Gray and also spent 4 years working at IFDS, the UK's leading transfer agent.
Martin is a Fellow of the Securities & Investment Institute (FSI).

Antoinette has over 20 years of operational experience. She joined Phoenix in 1998 having previously been employed by GT Management. At the time of leaving GT she was Manager of Global Fund Accounting where she managed a global team servicing clients across Europe and the Far East.
Antoinette is responsible at Phoenix for the day to day middle office operations, including reconciliations, corporate actions and settlements, as well as client reporting.

Duncan has over 25 years experience as a Company Secretary gained in blue chip household name companies. He has experience of both taking on new clients, company restructures and the liquidation of Investment Trusts.
He joined Phoenix in July 2004 and now heads a team of three qualified Chartered Secretaries. Duncan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (FCIS).

Adam has over 20 years experience working within IT, predominantly within the financial services industry.
He worked with Pickfords Travel as a Software Developer before moving to Mentor Computing services as an IT Consultant. Whilst at Mentor, he completed several long term assignments with GT Management, covering Developer, Analyst and Database Administrator roles. After leaving Mentor in 1998 he ran his own IT Services Company which helped Phoenix develop its Portfolio Administration system, AAMS.
Adam joined Phoenix on a full time basis in 2006 and is the chief architect of all internal IT solutions.

Dave has worked within the investment management industry for 19 years, having spent the majority of his career working for M&G Investments where he gained a broad range of experience both within the Investment Operations area as well as the Finance Department.
Dave joined Phoenix in 2006 working within the Investment Trust accounting team before taking on responsibility for the finances of Phoenix.
Dave is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts.
